Delivery and installation are arranged with you after your quotation is accepted. We will agree a suitable date and time.
Returns
If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us promptly and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Made-to-measure items
Items made to measure, such as curved stair lifts, cannot normally be returned unless faulty.
